Maggie Mojapelo joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2009 as the Human Resource Director of South African Business Unit based in Parktown.
Maggie was employed by Nedbank as Human Resource Divisional Executive – Group Technology. Prior to joining Nedbank she worked for Avon Justine and IBM South Africa respectively. She has a wealth of experience in all major areas in the Human Resource field which she acquired both locally and internationally.
In her career in HR, she has successfully implemented talent management strategies that assisted organisations to remain competitive and profitable. Maggie is involved in coaching and mentoring HR professionals from different organisations. She is involved in various professional bodies in the HR field. She has been a speaker at different forums both locally and internationally on HR best practices and strategies.
She holds an Honours degree in Education, Management Advancement Program, Advanced Diploma in Human Resource and she is currently studying her MBA through Henley. She also has attended various international executive programmes.
She is happily married with two beautiful kids.
